Rainbow Affinity offers professional development packages to support individual practitioners and organisations provide affirming and culturally safer services for LGBTIQ+ folk.
Jack is a qualified Social Worker blending his Social Work experience within mental health and the drug and alcohol sector, with his lived experience as a man with a transgender experience.
The affirmative practice training has been developed with an overarching aim to strengthen the capacity and confidence of staff and services who are working to develop and maintain individual practices and organisational cultures that are affirming and safer for all LGBTIQ+ folk.

full day training (7hours)
half day training (4 hours)
foundational training (2 hours)
